State Museum-Preserve "Tsarskoye Selo" - a monument of world architecture and landscape art XVIII - beginning of XX century. A number of reigns from Catherine I to Nicholas II, left in Tsarskoye Selo its imprint, traces of their existence. The compositional center of the monument is the Catherine Palace - a magnificent building in the Russian baroque style: delight luxury furnishings Great Hall of the palace and the "Golden anfillada" staterooms, among them - the world-famous Amber Room.

One of the best examples of world classical architecture - Alexander Palace, where you can get acquainted with the life of the last Romanovs - Nicholas II and Alexandra Feodorovna. On the territory of Catherine and Alexander Parks, totaling more than 300 acres, is located more than 100 architectural structures: from the majestic palaces and monuments to pavilions, bridges, marble monuments, exotic plants, executed in the style of Gothic, Turkish and Chinese architecture.
